Terms of service

Plan by Paycheck is provided by Batti Co Apps. When you use it, your agreement is with Batti Co Apps. By continuing to use Plan by Paycheck you agree to these terms.

The service

Plan by Paycheck is a planning tool. It helps you decide which paycheck covers which bill. It does not move money, pay bills or hold funds.

Your account

Keep your login private. You are responsible for who you invite to your household and the role you give them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or to interfere with its security (for example malware, probing or scraping).

Ownership

Batti Co Apps owns the service, its software, documentation and branding.

Paid plans

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Paddle Buyer Terms. See also our refund policy.

Availability

We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Suspension

We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations.

Your data

You own the data you enter. You can export it or delete your account at any time.

AI features

The assistant and budget guidance use AI to read your questions and your household's plan and suggest changes or steps. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Check any suggestion against your real accounts before acting on it. It is not professional financial, tax, legal or investment advice.

You are responsible for what you type in, including having the right to share any details you paste, and for how you use the answers. You own your inputs and, as between you and us, the answers generated for you. Do not use the AI features for anything illegal, harmful, hateful or deceptive, to create malware, or to get around their safeguards.

We may filter or refuse requests, remove content, and restrict or suspend accounts that misuse these features. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact support@planbypaycheck.com and we will review and remove it where appropriate. Repeated infringement leads to account termination.

Not financial advice

See the financial disclaimer. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. You can stop using the service at any time.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Batti Co Apps is not liable for late fees, overdrafts or other losses from decisions made using the plan.
