Plan by Paycheck ("we") is operated by Batti Co Apps. Batti Co Apps is the data controller for your personal data. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Your email, name and login details (including your basic Google profile if you sign in with Google); usage and device information such as IP address; support messages; and the planning data you enter: income, bills, balances, savings goals and notes. We do not connect to your bank and never see bank login details.
How we use it
Only to run your plan, show it to members of your household, send you alerts you turn on, and answer questions you ask the assistant. We also use it to keep the service secure and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Legal basis
We process your data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, and with your consent where required.
Who can see it
Only members of your household, at the role they were given. Assistant chats are private to you. When you ask the assistant a question, the relevant plan numbers are sent to an AI provider to produce the answer.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host and run the service, including AI model providers that process your questions and plan details only to answer them when you use the assistant or guidance; our Merchant of Record, Paddle, for selling subscriptions, payments, tax and invoicing; professional advisers; and authorities where the law requires.
Retention and security
We keep your data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it when no longer needed. We protect it with encryption and strict access controls.
Cookies
We only use essential storage needed to keep you signed in.
Your choices
You can download a full backup of your household data at any time from Activity, and delete your account from Household settings. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or complain to your local data protection authority. Deleting your account removes households only you belong to; shared households stay with the other members.
